The Big World is Under Our Feet

In general, people believe that it is a common way of using their talents to achieve success. This kind of thinking is correct only half of its meaning. In terms of talents, most of the people neglect that it is necessary to make strenuous efforts in the phase of developing or verifying an idea. We are worrying about the educational systems for this generation which results in an unpractical illusion that any ideas will be yielded positive results immediately.

Talents will be confronted by different kind of challenges. Constituting a grand idea or a broad blueprint is always intuition. To transform a broad blueprint into executive actions is complicated and painful. In this process, we will encounter big challenges from intellect, sensation, emotion, human relation and creativity.

The successful reason for Nobel Prize winners is that they can accurately execute a particular work and make it reworkable, provable and applicable of this invention.

Through experimentation and exploration of human limits, they can discover those unseen models, elements and species.

In China market, we learn and work while adjusting our team to move forward. The team grows up in an actionable way. The China development is always exceeding all expectation. Being involved in this environment, the only way is to devote all efforts to explore our limits. Then we understand the “outside environment” and find the solutions. To recognize, familiarize and fuse to make a champion team which can accurately execute every action.

Learning from history, people should keep trying without miracles, Apocalypse, perfection and times of peace and prosperity. We should keep our curiosity, skepticism, avoiding dogmatism, pay attention for details, select methods prudently and define outcome patiently.

The world belongs to optimistic people who possess positive values. It is not because all matters they do are correct. In other words, they are willing to confront and correct mistakes in an optimistic manner to achieve accomplishment. Optimistic people who have good education and open-minded could always obtain fruitful rewards.
